Lemlem's Mazaa Off-Shoulder Ruffle Dress has an elasticated ruffle top overlay, tie belt and hand-twisted fringe hem which was handmade by female Ethiopian artisans using locally grown cotton. The handwoven textile is individually cut and sewn by the artisan.

ABOUT LEMLEM
Lemlem (which means ‘to flourish or bloom’ in Amharic) is an artisan-driven brand of beautiful resort womenswear made entirely and responsibly in Africa, with a core mission of preserving the local art of weaving in Ethiopia and inspiring economic growth on the continent. Recognizing the beauty, quality and historic significance of their work, Ethiopian-born supermodel Liya Kebede started Lemlem in 2007 as a way to inspire economic independence in her native country and to preserve the art of weaving. Lemlem has since expanded its presence in Kenya with ready-to-wear and Morocco with swimwear.
