Co-founders Nic Dreyer, Ross Zondagh and Nic Latouf established their footwear brand Veldskoen (named after the iconic South African field shoes) in 2016. The brand has updated and reimagined the traditional shoes in a contemporary way with touches of colour and creativity. Veldskoen shoes are handcrafted in South Africa with locally-sourced, premium materials and are ethically and responsibly made. The founders are fully committed to improving the lives of their craftsmen and craftswomen, and ensure they earn fair wages and are treated in a safe and dignified manner.
